When will my order be shipped?
After you place an order, it will be manufactured at our factory on the following business day.
Typically, customized products are shipped approximately 10 business days after they are made,
with a possible variance of a few days. Your order will be shipped using Canada Post or UPS ground
service, and it may take 3-5 business days after shipment for you to receive it.

How do I pay for my blinds?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.

When will I know my order has gone into production?
Cachet Blinds will send you an email confirmation and give you access to online tracking of your
order as soon as your payment is confirmed. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you
with a tracking number that will enable you to determine the estimated date of delivery.

Is it possible to delete or change my order after I have completed it?
After you place an order, it will be sent for production within one business day. Therefore, it is
essential to verify that the sizes and colors are correct before making the purchase. Please note that
cancelling or altering orders may result in a fee. However, you may contact us, and we will strive to
accommodate any changes without charging any additional fees.
