Common questions
How much does a consultation cost?
Nothing. We come to you with the sample books, measure every window and give you an exact written price. There is no obligation and no pressure — plenty of people take the quote away and think about it.
How long does the whole thing take?
Most orders are installed within about two weeks of the consultation. Because we manufacture in Kitchener rather than importing, we are not waiting on a container.
Do you cover my area?
We serve Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge and Guelph, and travel across the GTA for larger projects. If you are not sure, call and ask — we will tell you honestly.
Can you match what I already have?
Usually, yes. Bring us a photo or an offcut at the consultation and we will find the closest fabric in our range, or tell you if it cannot be matched.
Are the blinds child-safe?
Cordless and motorized options are available on every style we make, and we recommend them by default for nurseries and any room where children sleep or play.
What about motorization?
Quiet motors with a remote can be added to any of our shades. It is the right call for windows above stairs, behind furniture or anywhere you would otherwise need a ladder.
