Questions about zebra blinds
How do zebra blinds work?
Two layers of alternating sheer and solid fabric bands move over each other as the shade rolls. Align the solid bands for privacy and softened light; align the sheers for an open view. One chain — or one tap, if motorized — does it all.
Can you see through them at night?
With the sheer bands aligned, yes — light travels both ways after dark. Align the solid bands for full privacy in the evening, which is how most people use them in bedrooms and street-facing rooms.
